Food

I'm having trouble eating enough calories each day. I'm kinda scared to start working out because that will further emphasize the deficit. What to do, what to do?

  1. That will work itself out in time... don't worry. Once you allow a few carbs to sneak in... You're calories will go back up... and you'll be trying to keep them down again.

  2. add in a protein shake or two. You'll get more protein, and healthy calories!
